Live steganography - hide small text/data in video frames

A small payload is carried inside the frames as they are encoded, invisible in normal viewing and recoverable with the matching key. Capacity is traded against robustness at the setting you choose, and extraction runs as the reverse service. Because it works at encode time, it adds no separate distribution step. Extraction can run on a recorded copy as well as on the live stream.
